At one time I almost exclusively only drank tea. I'm not talking fancy tea, just your normal tea. For some reason or another when I discovered coffee, I completely lost interest in normal tea and probably haven't drank it for well over 5 years now. I did how ever have a spell of a few years of drinking green tea which I found super beneficial in lots of ways.
Recently I got gifted some tea bags, all in all I think there we're perhaps 15 - 20 different flavours most of which I haven't got around to trying yet but the ones I have tried we're surprisingly tasty.
This got me thinking, is there really a need for that many flavours of tea?! Apparently there is and different teas are also apparently good for different moods. I thought I'd share some of them below with you in this handy visual guide.
I'm not going to go into the ins and outs of how or why and the science behind how each tea helps but why not try for yourself. I know for one I'll be branching out going forward and exploring lots of new flavours.
Are you a tea drinker, coffee drinks, both? Will you be trying these? Let me know!
